Outstanding!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Oliba in Veracruz. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was great. The indoor secure parking was a huge plus and the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The price was fantastic too. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. the staff were generally friendly and helpful during the stay. the indoor secure parking is a plus, as it provides a sense of extra safety and security.

The towels provided were old and not fluffy anymore.

The hotel had a great view of the surrounding mountains, and the staff were very accommodating. There were plenty of outdoor activities to do nearby, and the short walk to the beach was very pleasant. I also appreciated the Free parking, which was convenient.

To start, the room looked nothing like the pictures online and it was very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a strange smell in the room.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. I can easily reach everything I needed without using any transportation. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are modern and conveniently located. I appreciated the indoor parking, which gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was secure.

For us, the hotel's narrow entrance to the parking area was ideal.

I recently had a business trip and I found a great hotel with everything I needed. the location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main shopping center and close to the major boulevard. the indoor parking was a great security perk. I also loved the clean and spacious rooms with nice amenities such as complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. I had a fantastic experience and I am looking forward to staying there again for my next business trip.

That the hotel only accepted local bank cards, which meant I had to carry cash all the time. It was inconvenient especially since I was traveling for business purposes and wanted to keep my transactions secure.

They even went out of their way to find someone who spoke English to assist us with ordering food. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities within walking distance, making it a convenient location for exploration.

The only downside we found was the narrow entrance to the parking area, but this was a small inconvenience in comparison to all the other positive aspects. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
